How does EC-Beauty deliver goods to me?

EC-BEAUTY uses Hong Kong Post to deliver goods.

How long will it take for the shipping?

Hong Kong Post usually takes about 7-10 days to handle parcels. EC-Beauty is not responsible for the late delivery caused by Hong Kong Post.

Can I make the transaction in person?

EC-Beauty delivers goods by Hong Kong Post, so we do not provide “transaction in person” service.

Can I pay by cash?

EC-Beauty does not accept cash payment. You may settle the bill by PayPal , Visa , Master or American Express credit card。

How can I enjoy free shipping

Each purchasing order over $ 350 can enjoy free shipping. Purchase under $ 350 is required to pay a fixed postage of $ 150.

Can goods be shipped outside Hong Kong?

Delivery area is only limited within Hong Kong.(Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula and New Territories)

Can I have a shipping address which is different from my payment address?

Yes, your goods will be delivered to your shipping address, update the Shipping Address on “Delivery Information”. Please note that the delivery address is limited within Hong Kong.

If the goods received found to be damaged or inconsistent with the order, can I ask for refund or replace?

Yes, but please check the order first, and contact us. If EC-BEAUTY makes the mistake, we will take the responsibility and will handle it as soon as possible.

Is there any area beyond delivery?

We currently do not deliver goods to the following areas: Islands (except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung) Airport, Airport Expo, Disneyland, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and restricted areas. For details, please refer to Hong Kong Post.
