Registration:

If you are a new customer, please register to become one of our members.
Just click “Account” at the upper right hand corner of the home page. Click “Continue” and fill in the form to create a free account in EC-BEAUTY.

Member login

If you are a member of EC-BEAUTY, click “Account “at the upper right hand corner of the home page and fill in your email and password to log into your account.
You are recommended to allow your computer to remember your password for future login.

EC-BEAUTY uses the customer’s registered email address as the default contact method. Please check your email account settings to avoid mistaken emails and led to miss out any important information.

E-Shopping procedure:

• EC-BEAUTY classifies the products into 6 Categories: Skin Care, Eyes Care, Lips Care, Personal, Cleanse and Face Mask. Click the ” image” to find the related products.
• Place the cursor on the interested product, click “View Details” for further information of the product.
• Fill in “Purchase Quantity”, Click “Add to Cart” (Please select options if needed, such as color ).
• You may also add the product to “Add to Wish list” for later purchase .
• After choosing your products, check your “Cart Summary”, it lists all your selected products and total expense, then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to settle your bill
• Please check the “shipping address”; you may also change to another delivery address by pressing” Change Address”.
• EC-BEAUTY accepts payment via PayPal. For further requirement, please fill the “Add Comments About Your Order”. We will handle your order according to your comments and contact you if needed.
• Check the “Payment Address” then, press “Continue” and “CONFIRM ORDER”.
• Fill in PayPal or credit card details to complete the payment.
• After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from the system. Please note that once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• After receiving the purchase order, EC-BEAUTY will arrange the delivery of products
• After delivery, the buyer will receive an email notification of the courier status via Tracking Code.

** Each member is only allowed to have ONE registered account. EC-BEAUTY reserves the right to terminate any duplicity account or cancel the order at any time without prior notice and disclaim your use of the services of this website if you are found of using false information provided by you or have any adverse purchase history. EC-BEAUTY reserves all rights.

Shipping:

EC-BEAUTY arranges ONE bulk shipping for each purchase order, and the actual delivery day will depends on the latest delivery goods. For the delivery date of the product, you can view the “Shopping Information” on the inner page of the product.

Out of Stock:

EC-BEAUTY is committed to doing its utmost to ensure that the supply of goods is sufficient. However, the stock inventory provided by the suppliers is not real-time, so if the product you ordered is out of stock , we will notify you by email, and refunds will be arranged within 7 working days to your credit card or PayPal account. Sorry for any inconvenience.
